By using Naya Address (website or app), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Who Can Use Naya Address
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or list a property. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
2. Property Listings
Property owners and brokers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the listings they post, including price, photos, and description. Naya Address reviews listings before they go live but does not guarantee their accuracy and is not a party to any transaction between an owner and a tenant/buyer.
3. Zero Brokerage
Naya Address connects owners and tenants/buyers directly. We do not charge brokerage or commission on transactions. Any agreement, rent, or sale price is decided solely between the owner and the interested party.
4. Identity Verification (KYC)
Owners and brokers may be required to complete identity verification before their listings are approved. Submitting false or fraudulent documents may result in account suspension.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Naya Address offers optional paid subscription plans for owners and tenants with additional features (more listings, priority approval, promoted listings, etc.). All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: post false or misleading listings, harass other users, use the platform for any illegal purpose, or attempt to circumvent our identity verification or content moderation systems.
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent listings, or misuse the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Naya Address is a listing platform. We are not responsible for the condition of any property, the conduct of any user, or the outcome of any transaction arranged through the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Naya Address after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
