Naya Address ("we", "our", "us") operates the nayaaddress.com website and the Naya Address mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and phone number.
Identity verification (KYC) documents: If you list a property as an owner or broker, we collect a photo of you, your PAN card, and your Aadhaar card (front and back) to verify your identity. These documents are reviewed by our team and stored securely; they are never displayed publicly or shared with other users.
Property listing details: Address, locality, city, price, photos, videos, and other details you choose to submit when posting a property.
Contact requests: When you request an owner's contact details, we collect your name, phone number, and email to verify you via OTP, and to notify the property owner of your interest.
Location: With your permission, we use your device's location to help you search for nearby properties. You can deny this permission and still use the app.
Payment information: Subscription and property-promotion payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details ourselves.
Usage data: Basic technical data such as device type, app version, and crash logs, to help us fix bugs and improve the app.
Push notification token: If you enable notifications, we store a device token to send you updates about your listings, enquiries, and account.
How We Use Your Information

- To verify property owners' identity (KYC) and reduce fraudulent listings
- To connect interested buyers/tenants with property owners
- To process subscription and promotion payments
- To send you important notifications about your account, listings, or enquiries
- To improve our platform and fix technical issues
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these cases:
- Your name, phone number, and email are shared with a property owner when you request their contact details (after OTP verification)
- Payment details are processed directly by Razorpay under their own privacy policy
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users
Data Security
KYC documents and personal information are stored on secure servers with restricted access. Only authorized admin staff can review KYC submissions for verification purposes.
Your Rights
You can delete your account at any time from the Account tab in the app (or by contacting us via the website). Deleting your account removes your personal information from our active systems; your past listings are taken down and your data is anonymized.
Children's Privacy
Naya Address is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
