Option 1: Delete from within the app
- Open the Naya Address app and log in to your account.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your account password to confirm.
- Your account will be permanently deleted within a few seconds.
Option 2: Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@nayaaddress.com from your registered email address, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once complete.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, and password are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
- Your property listings are taken down from public view immediately.
What is retained
For legal, fraud-prevention, and record-keeping purposes, we retain a minimal anonymized record of past activity (e.g. past listing history) with all personally identifiable information removed. This anonymized data cannot be linked back to you.
